DraftKings is one of the most popular online sports betting services in America. They offer fantasy sports, casino games, an NFT marketplace, and a sportsbook full of markets to bet on. This DraftKings review will tell you everything you need to know about the entire service. Plus, we compare the sportsbook and casino to rival sports betting sites, like FanDuel and Caesars.

If you have watched live sports over the past couple of years, you would have seen a lot of DraftKings adverts and excitement around the sportsbook. That is partially from the success DraftKings had as a fantasy sports operator, which began in 2012. It wasn't until 2018 that the Supreme Court overturned the 1992 PASPA, effectively legalizing sports betting across America. Over the past five years, DraftKings has transitioned into becoming one of the best online sportsbooks in America, available in 21 states.

DraftKings Sportsbook

The biggest rival to DraftKings is FanDuel. They both have been at the top of the daily fantasy sports game for years and now they are both competing to give us the best online sports betting service. In our DraftKings review, we will compare it to FanDuel to see which one is better.

Let’s say you are brand new to sports betting. What is it you should look out for before signing up? There are many aspects to consider before you join any sports betting site. What types of sports do you want to bet on? Do you want to earn rewards or claim promotions? Each sportsbook will offer a unique mixture of features, meaning that some services will not be perfect for you. That is why we are here. We have signed up for every major sportsbook in America and used each service for several months. Now we are reporting back to say which ones impressed us the most.

Sports

If you join a sports betting site, you aim to find one that offers the sports you want to bet on. Most sportsbooks have, on average, 20 sports from around the world, depending on what state you are in. This includes the classics like the NFL, NBA, and NHL, plus it includes more obscure sports like cycling or Aussie rules. DraftKings is impressive because it has a wide range of sports compared to other sportsbooks. There are over 25 different sports and events you can bet on at DraftKings, some of which you will struggle to find anywhere else.

Besides just the sports, we are also looking for a variety of leagues. If you are a soccer fan, there might be several divisions that you follow or want to place a bet on. This can include the EPL, MLS, La Liga, and many more. DraftKings is perfect for fans that follow sports from across the globe, as there are 76 different soccer leagues or tournaments to bet on. There is a similar selection for other sports, like basketball, with 18 leagues, and hockey with six.

  • Academy Awards
  • Aussie Rules
  • Baseball
  • Basketball
  • Boxing
  • Cornhole
  • Cricket
  • Curling
  • Cycling
  • Darts
  • Esports
  • Football
  • Golf
  • Handball
  • Hockey
  • IndyCar
  • Lacrosse
  • MMA
  • NASCAR
  • Formula 1
  • Formula E
  • Rugby League
  • Rugby Union
  • Snooker
  • Soccer
  • Table Tennis
  • Tennis
  • Volleyball
  • World SuperBikes Championship

These sports were available in the New Jersey version of DraftKings. Some sporting events, like Esports, may not appear in every state that DraftKings is available in. The selection at DraftKings is usually up there with the best sports betting sites, no matter the state. However, if you want to be sure you are joining the service with the best collection in your state, ensure you check our guides. We have sports betting site guides showing you exactly what sportsbooks and which sports are available to states like Arizona, Colorado, and New Jersey.

Live Betting

The live betting at DraftKings is not as good as the service you will find at FanDuel, Caesars, or BetMGM. DraftKings rivals all have digital representations of the live game. This is where a fancy graphic shows the direction of the play, the recent attacks, and information about the game as it transpires. All the rivals to DraftKings have this as standard even for some obscure tennis or soccer games taking place from around the world.

DraftKings, however, lacks these fancy visuals. Instead of live streams or live representations of the game, the closest you can get is a scoreboard. That does not mean DraftKings does not provide any stats. They have some of the most detailed and insightful figures you will find at any sports betting site. This includes the current stats for the match, details about the arena with some facts about the players, plus a section detailing the latest betting trends on the teams.

Although the information at DraftKings is excellent, one of the best parts of live betting is watching along via live stream or enjoying some of the fancy graphics. If live betting is a big part of your routine, you are far better off at a sportsbook like BetMGM or FanDuel, as they offer both services we have mentioned. We are not saying the live betting service at DraftKings is bad, it just falls way short of the competition.

Odds

An experiment we do with every review here at Bet Station involves comparing odds at different sportsbooks. We put together a parlay across different sports and wagers and look to place the same bet at two rival sports betting sites. The results will usually show us which sites offer consistently good odds across multiple sports, avoiding any boosted bets or promotions. This time, we are comparing DraftKings to FanDuel to see who will come out on top.

We chose six wagers from the NFL, MLB, and NBA. We choose a mix consisting mainly of moneylines and we stuck to the favorites to avoid any odds that would drastically alter the parlay. The results were four in favor of DraftKings, with only two bets better valued at FanDuel. For the bets that are more profitable at DraftKings, they are all wagers you could even place as a single. This involves closer contests where the returns on the favorite are reasonable. DraftKings had the Leafs beat the Flyers at -305, whereas FanDuel had them at -330. In the contest between the Penguins and the Sabres, FanDuel had -102 to the Sabres and DraftKings had +100.

The same $10 parlay would see a payout of $136.89 at DraftKings compared to only $123.91 at FanDuel. A difference of almost $13 for the same bet is quite surprising, especially between such popular sportsbooks. That is because FanDuel gave marginally better odds in games with a clear favorite. The Philadelphia Eagles were taking on the Houston Texans in game four of the World Series and the Eagles were -800 at DraftKings, but -770 at FanDuel. Although this may sound like a big difference, if you were to place both bets as singles, you are looking at less than $1.50 in profit from $10 for either wager. The odds are consistently better at DraftKings, given that few will bet on the clear favorite of a contest.

DraftKings Casino

The casino at DraftKings has continued to expand at a steady pace ever since we first signed up for the service. In its current configuration, and even when we first joined, the DraftKings casino was one of the best available. It now has over 1,000 casino games to choose from, including table games, live games, and a wide range of slots. What makes DraftKings unique when compared to other casinos has to be the variety of games. They have a wonderful selection of keno, scratchcards, and Slingo games, giving you something new to play.

  • Number of Slots: 950+
  • Jackpot Slots: 100
  • Table Games: 78
  • Live Games: 6+
  • Video Poker: 9
  • DraftKings Exclusive Games: 54

If you are looking to join a sports betting site that also has an outstanding online casino, DraftKings is one of the best. The only other online sportsbook with a bigger casino is BetMGM. Sportsbooks like FanDuel, Caesars, and Betway all have less than half the library size of DraftKings. However, BetMGM has over 2,500 casino games available, significantly more than the 1,000 available at DraftKings.

Slots

If you are a fan of slots or are looking to try them out for the first time, DraftKings has a superb selection perfectly suited to you. Having over 950 slots means there are dozens of games even the most experienced slot player has not yet tried. Plus, having such an extensive library means there is a lot of diversity. They have brand new slots with wonderful mechanics and bonus games, such as Immortal Romance or Hyper Strike Hyper Spins. Plus, they have all the iconic slots, like Cleopatra and Maximums Soldiers of Rome.

Best regular slots:

  • Break Da Bank Again Respin
  • Chicken Fox
  • Dancing Drums
  • Fortunium
  • Foxin' Wins

Best jackpot slots:

  • 88 Fortunes
  • Cleopatra
  • Bonanza
  • Divine Fortune
  • Mercy of the Gods

It is not unusual for an online casino to have a mixture of old slots and new, but the collection at DraftKings is double the size of rivals like FanDuel. We always lean towards bigger meaning better, and that is certainly the case for online casinos. Having an outrageous selection of games is a positive feature, and it encourages diversity. The range at this online casino includes many titles we have never heard of, which is very exciting. Who knows, our next favorite slot could be just a click away.

Table Games

If you are not a fan of slots but still want to enjoy the online casino, what else can you play? DraftKings has a superb library of table games, including around 70 titles to choose from. The selection at DraftKings might be the best as not only does it have a mix of traditional table games, but there are plenty of DraftKings creations in there to spice things up. They have exciting games like Down Under Blackjack, Basketball Roulette, and Match the Dealer Blackjack.

The variety at DraftKings is amazing. They have multiple blackjack and roulette tables, each with different rules or side bets. Plus they have baccarat, sic bo, craps, and many other exciting table games for us to consider. DraftKings is one of a select few online sportsbooks with an online big wheel for you to enjoy. This is where you can win up to 50x your stake, without having to tune into a live game.

Best table games at DraftKings:

  • DraftKings Big Wheel
  • DraftKings Craps
  • Casino Hold'em
  • Fortune Pai Gow Poker
  • Four Card Poker
  • Let It Ride
  • Mississippi Stud
  • Real Roulette with Sarati
  • Three Card Poker
  • Ultimate Texas Hold'em

If you are looking for some poker games to try your hand at, there is a good mix at DraftKings. They have iconic card games, like three card poker, Texas Hold’em, and Let it Ride. Plus, they have some interesting variations, like four card poker, I Luv Suits, and DJ Wild Stud Poker.

Live Casino Games

DraftKings is a little different from other online casinos. Usually, casinos will have live games from developers like Evolution Gaming. In some circumstances, like at FanDuel, they will offer their own branded live games plus the ones from Evolution. At DraftKings, they only offer exclusive live games, guaranteeing you are only playing with other players at the same casino.

Right now, DraftKings has a variety of live games on offer. This includes several types of poker, multiple roulette tables, and even live game shows. For those of you who don’t know, a live game show is a mix between a traditional casino game and a game show you might find on TV. Usually, these game shows allow you to walk away with a lot more in winnings as you could win over 100x your stake. Some of these live game shows have minigames, adding excitement and hopefully rewards to your live gaming experience.

Best live games:

  • Baccarat
  • Blackjack
  • Game Shows
  • Poker
  • Roulette

The live gaming selection at DraftKings is always expanding. Since every game is owned and operated by DraftKings, new games and tables are appearing regularly. As long as we have been members, the number of live tables available has skyrocketed. If they continue to add new and exciting games to the platform, it could be on its way to becoming the best live casino with a sportsbook.

DraftKings Fantasy Sports

There are two major providers of daily fantasy sports: FanDuel and DraftKings. Both of their services are similar, but there are plenty of differences to split them apart. If you don’t know what we mean by fantasy sports, think of it as a competition based on real life. You can pick from a wide range of sports, let’s say football, and you make a team using actual players. There are normally restrictions over how much you can spend to make your team and a limit on the number of players from the same team. Once you build a team, you go up against real people and each player gets points based on how well they perform in real life.

If you read our FanDuel review, you will see they offer 19 different sports or leagues in the fantasy sports section. This number varies depending on the state you are in, as some will not allow Esports betting in the jurisdiction. The same applies to DraftKings, with the maximum number of fantasy sports sitting at an impressive 24. This applies to New Jersey and other states with more relaxed rules and regulations surrounding fantasy sports. Below is a list of all the fantasy sports you can enjoy at DraftKings.

  • NFL
  • MLB
  • NBA
  • NHL
  • CFB
  • CBB
  • Golf
  • Soccer
  • Tennis
  • MMA
  • NASCAR
  • Formula 1
  • CFL
  • League of Legends
  • EuroLeague
  • XFL
  • CS:GO
  • Rocket League
  • Call of Duty
  • USFL
  • Aussie Rules
  • iRacing
  • Dota 2
  • Valorant

If you are going to join the fantasy sports site with the best selection, then DraftKings is the way to go. It has more sports to choose from, especially Esports games and events. If you are going to stick to the dominant sports, like NFL, NBA, and NHL, for example, there is a lot more to consider before you join FanDuel or DraftKings.

Leagues

The best way to think about fantasy sports is to forget the time frame. Some contests last a few days; others take place over the entire season. Which format you pick is up to you and how dedicated you are to maintaining and tweaking your roster. If you are brand new to fantasy sports, the best way to keep going is to join a league with some of your friends. The competitive nature between people you know is often enough motivation to stick something out. Plus, you can even put some money on the line for additional motivation.

To make things interesting, there are multiple types of contests. All the contests involve picking a team, but the teams and players on offer and your salary cap change depending on the contest. The classic format is the one we have mentioned above. You pick a team comprising players from multiple teams, hoping to score more points than your opponents. But there are multiple contests, including the Single-Game Showdown. This is where you make a roster from one game, aiming to pick the best players from both teams. You need to be careful of the salary cap and the fun will only last for this one game.

DraftKings-Fantasy.png

There are several types of contests which we go into greater detail explaining below, but they all offer a lot of excitement. Some contests have huge prize pools with hundreds and thousands of players entering. Others are much smaller, more intricate affairs where you can better plan your roster going against the opposition. Plus, not everything is about money. You can enter contests for free and play for fun.

Game Types

What contest do DraftKings have on offer? There are 17 different contests available at DraftKings, each with unique rules and gameplay. The prize money varies depending on the contest, the number of participating players, and how many players can take home a prize. Below is a list of all the contests available at DraftKings.

Name of ContestNotes
Guaranteed Prize Pools This contest has a guaranteed prize that is paid whether or not the contests fill up.
Head-to-Head This is a contest where you go up against one other player for a winner-takes-all prize. You can take on strangers or some of your friends.
User-Generated Contests These are bespoke contests created by users for either public or private events. To join a private contest, you will need an access code or password.
50/50s The 50/50s is where half of all the people that enter take home a split of the prize pool. The 50/50 is another which does not have to fill to run.
MultipliersA unique contest where the winners get their entry fee multiplied. The multiplier ranges from 3x your stake up to ten.
Satellites and Qualifiers Enter these contests to move to the next round of a tournament. The tournaments have much larger prize pools than your standard competitions, but they are harder to win.
Beginner Contests Any player without an experience badge can enter a beginner competition. You can only enter beginner contests when you have played less than 50 contests. After your 50th game, you move up to the casual level.
Casual Contests Both beginners and casual players can enter this contest. They reserve this mode for players who have played between 0 and 500 contests.
Season-Long Contests They hand out prizes to the players who amass the most fantasy points over the entire season. These contests are an enormous commitment but with magnificent prizes.
Free Contests The contests in this category are free to enter where you can win entry tickets to other competitions or DraftKings Dollars.
Pools Usually, you can enter for free and you guess certain results in a game. It must include multiple predictions, like the winning team, goalscorer, etc.
Snake Draft An exciting format where they assign each player in order, and that order determines where you pick in the draft. After round one, the order reverses, and it will continue until each player has a complete roster.
Slow DraftThe same format as a snake draft, but instead of having a few seconds to react to each player’s picks, you have up to eight hours to decide.
Tournaments Small and large competitions with tremendous prizes. These are perilous to enter, but with much greater rewards.
Multi-Entry ContestsEach player can submit multiple lineups for the same contest. The limit of entries depends on the size of the contest.

Rewards

It is not uncommon for a sports betting site to offer players the chance to earn some rewards. Think of it as a system to give something back to loyal players who bet with one sports betting site over the year. Once you get enough reward points, you claim prizes, such as free bets, discounts on hotel stays, or even tickets to exclusive events. DraftKings has a loyalty program, and it’s up there with the best sportsbooks.

You can earn the reward points, or Crowns, by playing at the casino, sportsbook, or entering daily fantasy sports contests. Plus, you can collect reward points when you purchase NFTs on the DraftKings Marketplace. Each service gives out the Crowns at different rates; see the table below for more information.

Type of BetHow to EarnExample
Straight Bets and FuturesBet $2 and earn 1 CrownMake any $10 bet at the sportsbook for 5 Crowns
ParlaysBet $1 and get 1 CrownEarn one Crown for every one dollar you bet on a parlay or same game parlay

What exactly do the Crowns get you when you play at DraftKings? There are lots of rewards and prizes you can exchange your Crowns for. You can get site credit to use as free entries to fantasy sports. Or you use the Crowns to get something physical, like merchandise, gift cards, or experiences you will never forget. One last option is to book a holiday through DraftKings for exclusive deals, discounts, and freebies. The selection of rewards at DraftKings is up there with the best systems like Caesars and BetMGM. If you were going to stay loyal to one sportsbook, any of those three are good places to do it.

DraftKings Banking Options

If you are still not sure which sportsbook to choose, one method that can help you decide is the banking options. Each sports betting site will have a different array of options when making a deposit, not all of which will suit you. For example, do you have a particular credit or debit card? Would you like to make your deposits using cash? These considerations are often the most important when signing up. After all, if you can’t easily make a payment to a sportsbook, then it’s not the right one for you.

Fortunately, given how widely available and successful DraftKings is, it supports a host of payment methods. This includes online banking, PayPal, and even via gift cards. If your primary focus is to play at the fantasy sports service or marketplace, there are far fewer payment methods to choose from. The sections below are focusing on the sportsbook and online casino.

Deposit Methods

At DraftKings, they have a good range of deposit methods to consider. Most of the deposit methods are virtual, meaning you can do them from the comfort of your own home. You can make deposits using cash, but that’s only at participating retail locations. Most payment methods are instant, meaning you can start betting as soon as you make your deposit.

If you are interested in the comparison between sportsbooks, they are all fairly similar. The best services, like DraftKings, offer around ten different methods to deposit your funds into your sportsbook account. Just make sure whichever sports betting site you are interested in has the method you require.

Withdrawal Methods

DraftKings has one of the best withdrawal systems of any major sportsbook. If you compare DraftKings to Caesars Sportsbook, there are far more methods to choose from. Caesars only has around five ways for you to withdraw your cash and DraftKings has seven. One method not on this list involves withdrawing at a casino; not convenient for most of us.

DraftKings is another sports betting site that takes your security seriously. No matter which withdrawal method you choose, you must have used this method to deposit in the past. This may sound frustrating, but it is here to protect your funds. If a person was to gain access to your account, they might withdraw all your winnings into their PayPal account and run off into the sunset. With these restrictions in place, you could not, which is good! However, please keep your account secure and don’t take any risks with your winnings.

DraftKings Bonus Offers

One aspect we value a lot when reviewing sports betting sites and online casinos is the promotions. Very few sports betting sites consistently offer players exciting promos to enjoy. That has certainly changed at DraftKings, as they have a steady stream of brilliant promotions. When we first joined, there was a real lack of promotions for existing players.

Now, there is an abundance of promotions for a mix of sports. There are same game parlay boosts for the NBA and parlay boosts for the NHL. This is exactly what we want to see, sportsbooks improving in all areas. Now DraftKings is competing with some of the best sportsbooks for promos and bonuses. Usually, BetMGM, FanDuel, and Caesars have far more promotions on offer for sports betting patrons. Now DraftKings is one to consider for any player looking to use weekly promos.

If we look at the DraftKings casino, once again the promos have changed for the better. Instead of a traditional welcome offer, they give players the choice of what promo they want to start with. You can choose between a 100% deposit match worth up to $2,000, $50 in casino credits, or a bespoke offer for anyone looking to deposit more than $2,000. Giving us the choice over how we use our cash is a freedom we are seeing more and more of. Plus, it is no surprise that DraftKings is leading the way.

How to Claim?

DraftKings-Sign-Up.PNG

If you want to claim any promotion at DraftKings, you need to first become a member. Signing up is easy, but we have put together a little guide to show you everything you need to know before you click the register button. If you click through our referral link, it should automatically apply a welcome bonus. This is the only time you can place a promo code, so make sure you don’t forget.

Step 1

The first stage of the sign-up process involves choosing a username, applying a promo code, and choosing an email address you have access to. You will also need to create a password for your account. The rules surrounding the password are quite strict. The password must be longer than ten characters and includes letters, numbers, and one special character.

Step 2

The next step is where you have to enter your personal information. This includes details like your full name, date of birth, and address. You will also need to enter the last four digits of your social security number. This is common practice in the world of sports betting, as it helps confirm your identity.

Step 3

You will need to confirm your account by email confirmation, plus you might need to install software that verifies your location. You can only place wagers when inside of the correct state lines, so they have to check your location by law. In the mobile apps, they automatically include this software, which might be a more convenient way to place your bets.

There you have it. Once you have completed all the steps we mentioned above, you are ready to make your first deposit and claim your welcome bonus. To receive your bonus, you need to deposit the minimum. Then, place a bet worth at least $5 on a sporting event, and if your bet wins, they give you eight free bets worth $25 each. The promotion is valid for the sportsbook available in 18 states.

DraftKings User Interface

This section is important for both new and experienced players. After all, who wants to join a sports betting site that is hard to use? How does DraftKings compare to the sportsbooks that are the easiest to use? Truthfully, it compares very well to the likes of FanDuel and Caesars, two of the best sports betting sites for the user interface.

DraftKings has the easiest color scheme on the eye, as black and green are often easier to read at night than anything bright white. If we look beyond the colors, they set up the app for your success. Several DraftKings services are present on the app and are easy to jump to. You can scroll through the hundreds of bets available at the sportsbook and jump straight into some live table games.

Besides having easy access to the DraftKings services, they are excellent at providing us with all the information we need before we make a sports bet. Inside each event, you can find a detailed list of stats about the upcoming fixture. This includes incredibly useful information which can help guide your betting activity. They give you details about each team’s performances recently, the win probabilities, and popular bets to consider. We are firm believers in researching before you place a bet, and DraftKings is certainly one of the best for keeping us informed.

Navigation

Whenever we talk about navigating a sports betting site, we are talking about tools and features to help make your daily betting experience easier. If you were to look at the basketball offerings at DraftKings, they have 17 different leagues to choose from. They list the most popular leagues first, or you can click view all to browse all 17 leagues without seeing any wagers. Only once you select a league they will show you the various wagers you can place.

This is a great system for bettors who are not interested in the Brazilian NBB or Lithuanian LKL. However, if you like to create parlays across multiple leagues, it can get a little frustrating jumping between all the different leagues, rather than listing all the games occurring today. This feeling applies to other parts of the sportsbook, as rival sites like FanDuel offer much easier navigational experiences. They have toolbars that allow you to jump from sports to casino games and straight to promotions.

Once you have found the game you want to bet on, everything becomes a lot clearer. Finding the exact wagers or just browsing the most popular is speedy and insightful. Plus, you can filter the wagers to only show the eligible bets for a same game parlay. DraftKings has a section of pre-built same game parlays, so you can browse the existing bets and either choose one or use it for inspiration. The service at DraftKings is not as easy to use as FanDuel, but it provides a better experience once you get used to it.

Technology

As we have mentioned above, DraftKings is not the easiest to navigate compared to its rivals, but it is one of the best at giving you the widest range of bets to consider. If you take an average NFL game, there are 12 different betting categories to browse through. This includes broad categories, like betting on the halves or quarters of the game. Plus, it includes game props, rushing and receiving props, touchdown scorers, and even special bets with some boosted odds.

This is where DraftKings outshines most of the competition. Given the wide selection of wagers and the range of sports to bet on, it is one of the best services for any sports fan. Plus, when you consider the fact that they have recently added more promotions to the sportsbook, there are very few aspects that the sportsbook is lacking.

Mobile Usability

DraftKings is one of the most popular sports betting sites, and that is partially down to how good the mobile app is. Unlike other sportsbooks, such as Betway, you can find everything you need in one app. Betway has a separate app for each state, whereas DraftKings has everything you need in one place. The marketplace, casino, and sportsbook are all in the same mobile app, whether you are from Wyoming or Arizona.

DraftKings-Mobile.png

If you were looking for the DraftKings Fantasy Sports app, it is perfect for a mobile device. When comparing the two services on PC and mobile, the app felt much easier and clearer to use. Just like the FanDuel mobile fantasy sports service, they both feel tailored to a touchscreen device. You can easily create a roster for each sport and the salaries and positions are marked clearly. You won’t have an issue picking too many of the same players as they mark everything, even during the snake drafts.

Overall, the mobile apps for DraftKings are excellent. They are extremely popular as they are easy to get the hang of and very well-equipped. If you were brand new, services like FanDuel and Caesars are much easier, to begin with. If you have a few years of experience, you won’t have any trouble adjusting to DraftKings.

DraftKings Mobile App

As we have already discussed many features of the DraftKings mobile app. Instead, we will compare it to its biggest rival, FanDuel. There are a lot of similarities between the two. Both are well-made, with a lot of consideration for our betting experience. However, FanDuel seems to have an edge.

If we are talking pure usability, FanDuel is a mobile app you could drop in anyone’s hands and they will have no issues using it. DraftKings is a bit more confusing and more intimidating to a new player, given the greater selection and variety of wagers. However, that does not mean DraftKings is bad. Instead, it is probably the best service for seasoned bettors looking to get the most out of their wagers.

DraftKings Availability

Now that we have gone over all the technical information surrounding DraftKings, it’s time to see which states have access to sports betting, online casino, and fantasy sports services. If you cannot decide which sportsbook is for you, usually this section is the decider. Remember that sports betting laws change regularly in each state. For example, Ohio launched sports betting statewide in 2023.

We are focusing on the online aspect of sports betting, so we only care about the states that allow sports betting from your mobile device.

DraftKings Customer Service

While we have experienced consistent service at DraftKings, you might run into an issue at some point. That is why we like to test out the support system in place to see how it holds up. We perform this test at every sports betting site we join, allowing us to compare the best customer support to the worst.

  • Live Chat: No live Chat
  • Email: support@draftkings.com
  • Contact Number: No phone number
  • Support Languages: English
  • Twitter: @DK_Assist

The support at DraftKings is much slower than other sports betting sites, but that is because they do not offer a live chat. We had to wait a few hours to hear from the DraftKings team via email, but this can vary depending on when you contact support. It was useful to be in direct communication with a member of the DraftKings team. However, a live chat would be more beneficial for smaller queries.

DraftKings Comparison

How does DraftKings compare to the competition? Well, it has the most markets of any major sports betting site, meaning there are more sports to bet on at DraftKings than anywhere else. Also, DraftKings has the most fantasy sports to consider, including the NFL, NBA, NHL, and plenty of Esports. If you were looking for a good online casino, it has the second largest library, more than double the size of FanDuel.

If you are looking for poker tournaments against actual players, then DraftKings does not have everything you need. It is also lacking on the live betting front. Most sports betting sites have much better live game displays for anyone making in-play bets. However, those are the only negatives against DraftKings. Otherwise, it is a very good fantasy sports provider, sportsbook operator, and it has one of the best online casinos.

DraftKings Verdict

Should you join DraftKings? If you have read our entire DraftKings review, then you will know how it compares to the competition. It is one of the best in almost every single area, and it is regularly improving its service. Take promotions, for example. When we first joined, promos were scarce. Now, they regularly introduce parlay boosts and various other bonuses for all players to enjoy. The same applies to online casinos and fantasy sports services; they are both full of promotions.

If you are looking to decide between FanDuel and DraftKings, the answer is straightforward. Brand-new players are better off at FanDuel, as it is far easier to use and less intimidating. However, if you have sports betting experience, DraftKings is the best. It consistently has better odds than FanDuel, it has more bets available, and there are more sports to bet on. Overall, you will have a better experience at DraftKings than at most other sports betting sites.
